schedule = 和工作上有關的 (this is my schedule for one week)
arrangement = 是 "安排" 正式的翻譯. 可是一般是用在 "正在安排" 或 "安排的行為"上。 比較嚴肅的說法。
plan = 安排了的計劃, 和schedule有點像,但不一定是和工作有關。
如果 "一週"的意思是"每週"那麼句子應該這樣寫:
this is my weekly plan.
如果你能提供更多的訊息會更好。
ps: weekday 是指星期一，二，三，四，五，不包括星期六，日啦！
