win7移動、複製和刪除檔案時總提示使用者需要計算機管理員提供的許可權才能對此檔案進行更改的解決步驟：
1、開啟記事本，輸入下列文字：

2、然後儲存為匯入.reg檔案；
3、然後雙擊匯入.reg；
此時會彈出警告提示，允許程式通過即可；
4、然後選擇檔案，滑鼠右鍵選擇獲取許可權。
2樓：匿名使用者
你沒有取得完全管理許可權，這個是win7的一個特點，你雖然是用管理員賬號登陸，可是你不具有完全管理許可權。
win7擁有管理員許可權的使用方法：
1.右鍵單擊“計算機”，進入“管理”找到“使用者和組”
2.找到administrators，右鍵調出屬性，把“該賬戶已禁用”前面的勾去掉。
回桌面3.新建“記事本”,copy 如下內容：

然後另存為win7獲取管理員許可權.reg，字尾名必須是 .reg
將另存成的登錄檔資訊匯入，這樣就獲得了win7管理員許可權了。
在資料夾上單擊右鍵就會出現 “管理員取得所有權”
win7徹底刪除檔案
