一、從詞性用法上比較
1. good 只用作形容詞,不用作副詞,其副詞形式用 well.如：
he speaks good english. 他的英語說得好.

2. well 既可用作副詞,也可用作形容詞.用作形容詞時,其用法很有限,只表示「健康的」「恰當的」或「令人滿意的」等.如：

well，音標 /wel/，拆解地來看，/w/ + /e/ + /l/。
/w/ 的發音近似於漢字「窩」（只是舉例，不建議用漢字諧音去學英語發音）。注意，發這個音，上牙不要和下脣接觸，是 w，不是 v，這個很重要，不能錯。
練習區分 w 和 v，請反覆讀片語「very well」，very 是需要上牙碰下脣的，well 不需要。

一. too, also, as well：都用於肯定句，表示前者怎樣後者也怎樣。
too：一般放在句尾，可用逗號和前面的句子隔開，也可不用；
also：其位置大多放在be動詞、助動詞、情態動詞之後，實義動詞之前；
as well：其位置一般放在句尾，三者可以作同義句轉換。例如：
