時間上：具體到某一時間點，用at，eg. at eight o'clock ；at noon (在中午的時候)
具體到某一天，用on，eg. on 14th feb.
in用在時間上，表示這個時間之後，eg. i will reply you in a week 我一週後回覆你。
但如果是in the morning/afternoon/evening，這就純粹表示在早上/下午/晚上而已。
地點上：at後面跟某個地點好像是比較少的，eg. at home；還有就是arrive at+相對比較小的地點。
